Let’s make “Uni Shutou & Camembert Cheese Bruschetta”

2 servings (serving size: 2 bread slices)
65g/2.3oz “Uni Shutou” (Maruhide original marinated sea urchin)
4 slices baguette
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
Red pepper thinly sliced as needed
Parsley as needed
- Cut baguette into thin slices and spread each slice generously with butter.
- Lay a piece of camembert cheese on baguette and top with Uni Shutou.
- Place sliced red pepper on top and drizzle olive oil.
- Toast under broiler until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle minced parsley.
